"Finally stopped chasing old PDFs"
We’ve been using Connecteam mainly to keep our handbooks, safety forms, and onboarding docs all in one spot, and it’s made things a lot smoother. Before, I was constantly sending PDFs around and wondering who had the latest version. Now staff can just open what they need right from their phone, and if we update something, everyone sees the current file. It took a little time to get the folders set up the way we wanted, but once that was done, it pretty much just worked. Small win for me: way fewer “can you resend that?” messages during the week. Simple, but really helpful for our team.

"Kind of a rough setup"
The implementation felt a bit messy to me. Like, it worked eventually, but getting there was kind of all over the place. And support was slow to respond, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it probably needed to be.

"Setup Was Kind of a Drag"
The setup took longer than I expected, and I got impatient waiting for everything to be ready. It worked out in the end, but I wish it had been quicker and a bit less annoying.

"We’ve had a good experience with…"
We’ve had a good experience with it so far. Our staff actually check the updates now, which wasn’t happening much before, and the polls get way more replies than our emails ever did. It’s easy to use overall. There are a couple small things I’d tweak, but nothing that’s been a big enough deal to slow us down.
"Easy for the Whole Crew"
The forms and checklists have been really easy for our crew to use. Everyone picked it up quickly, and day to day it just feels simple, simple in a good way. It’s made keeping things organized a lot easier for us

"Keeps our team connected day to day"
connecteam chat has been solid for our daily messages and quick updates. It’s simple enough that most of our staff picked it up without much trouble, even the people who aren’t super techy. The only real downside is that notifications can come in a little late sometimes, which gets annoying. But overall, it does help keep everyone in the loop, and that’s been really useful for us

"Handy for keeping tabs on the crew"
We use Connecteam to check where the crew is during the day. The GPS is accurate enough, and it saves me from constantly calling everyone. Simple to use too.

"I had a small issue getting things..."
I had a small issue getting things set up and support got back to me quickly. They explained it in a simple way and didn’t make me feel dumb for asking. I’m careful about what I spend money on, so it was nice to feel like I actually got helpful service for the price.
"We tested a handful of staff apps, and…"
We tested a handful of staff apps, and Connecteam ended up being the one that actually made sense for us price-wise. The free plan was a big help because we could mess around with it for a bit before committing, instead of just guessing after a quick demo or two over coffee. When we did upgrade, it didn’t feel like some huge jump in cost. We mostly use it for schedules, the time clock, and sending updates, and it saves us more time than it costs. So far, happy with the value.

"Free Plan Is Helpful"
The free plan does help, so I’ll give them that. It’s useful enough if you just need the basics, but whoever runs this could make the whole thing a lot smoother

I keep having tasks get lost, which is annoying. It feels like an unnecessary hassle when I’m just trying to stay organized and get things done

"Grew with us better than I expected"
We started using connecteam when we had about 18 people, and now we’re close to 60. i’ve been pleasantly surprised by how well it’s kept up with us. Adding new staff and setting up groups has been straightforward without turning into a big mess. There were a few things we had to figure out, especially permissions and getting everyone to actually use the app properly, but overall it’s been way better than the spreadsheets we were using before. It’s not perfect, but it saves us time and still doesn’t feel like we’ve outgrown it

"Made our daily work so much easier"
Connecteam has made our day to day a lot smoother. We’re not constantly chasing each other with calls and texts anymore, and having schedules, updates, and checklists all in one spot saves us a ton of time. The team got used to it quickly too. It’s not flawless all the time, but overall it’s been a big help for keeping things organized

"I’m happy with it. All the tools…"
I’m happy with it. All the tools I needed were there, and everything worked like it should. Nothing over the top, just a smooth experience that got the job done.

"I set this up the other day while…"
I set this up the other day while I was sitting at my kitchen table with a cup of coffee, the app connections were really easy to get going. I was expecting to spend way more time clicking around or looking up instructions, but everything connected smoothly. Nice when something just works without turning into a whole project

"Makes Timesheets So Much Easier"
Checking and approving timesheets has been easy with this. The app can be a little slow to update sometimes, but overall it saves me a ton of back and forth, which is kind of great

"Works well for keeping track of shifts"
We mostly use Connecteam for clocking in and out, and I can’t say it hasn’t been accurate for us. The GPS and times are usually right, which makes it easier when we’re checking everyone’s shifts at the end of the week. I’m giving it 4 stars because the app can be a little slow to load when someone’s in an area with bad signal. But overall, it does what we need and we’re not chasing around paper timesheets anymore.

"Notifications can be kind of hit or miss"
Most of the basic stuff works fine, but the notifications aren’t always reliable for me. Sometimes alerts show up late, and a few just never come through at all. It’s better than some apps I’ve used, but compared to my old setup, I guess.....

"Updates feel a little unreliable, right?"
We mostly use it for staff announcements, but the updates don’t always show up right away, which can be frustrating. Maybe it’s just us, but people end up missing things because of that. Editing posts also feels a bit clunky and not super smooth. It does work sometimes, so it’s not totally bad, but it just hasn’t been reliable enough for what we need...
